Access the portal and log in. Your account is automatically locked as the Corresponding Author for every abstract you upload.
Choose your format (Oral, E-Poster, or Video). Ensure your topic matches the category restrictions — e.g., Oral must be Chest Trauma or Hydatid Cyst only.
For Oral/E-Poster: paste your structured text (Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions). For Video: provide a concise 3-line description.
Use the preview tool to confirm author names and text render correctly, then click "Final Submit" before the August 15 deadline.

Important: Do not upload a full text abstract. Provide a short, 3-line description of the video content only.
Read all rules carefully before submitting. Non-compliant abstracts will not be considered.
All submissions are reviewed blindly — reviewers have no access to author names or affiliations. Your work is evaluated on 4 standardized criteria:
Clinical significance and interest of the topic to thoracic surgeons.
Scientific rigor, study design, and data validity.
Quality of writing, logical flow, and ease of understanding.
Direct applicability, lessons learned, or clinical value to daily thoracic practice.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to assign accepted work to the most appropriate format based on review scores:

The online submission portal goes live. You may begin drafting and submitting abstracts.
All abstracts must be confirmed and submitted before this date. No late submissions will be accepted.
The scientific committee evaluates all submissions against the 4 standardized criteria. Author identities are withheld.
Authors are notified by email. Accepted submissions receive their final presentation type assignment (Oral, Commented/Non-Commented E-Poster, or Commented Video).
